Hydro Extrusion's Future Talent Trainee Programme is based on a modular model where you during your 12 months as a Trainee work through and gain a deep knowledge of all parts of our business. The programme is built on both theory and practical work as well as joint meetings with colleagues and other Trainees. Your skills, experience and area of interest, together with Hydro's future needs, form the basis for your continued employment with us after the end of the trainee programme.

At the start of the programme, you and your mentor will draw up an individual development plan for your first period with us. Your mentor will follow you during the year with monthly meetings that give you further opportunities to develop together with us!

No matter where in Hydro you start your traineeship, the aim is for you to get to know the company, the business area and our values. The programme aims to give you the best conditions to take on a leadership role in Hydro in the future.

The programme is aimed at recent college or university graduates in Logistics & Supply chain, Industrial Engineering Management, Production Management, Production Development or Technical Design. You have a maximum of a couple of years of qualified work experience.

We offer a permanent position and your location depends on the business area, but flexibility is a prerequisite between our two production sites Finspång and Vetlanda.

The recruitment process for the trainee programme consists of several selection stages where we first conduct work psychology tests followed by video interviews. When submitting your application, please attach your CV with a cover letter and grades from courses completed so far.
